How time flies! But don’t let that saying fool you. So much has happened on the Trump for Republicans and Harris for Democrats campaign. Actually, it is hard to keep up with it all. But the one main fact about it all, Kamala stands for change, as her saying goes, “We are not going back”. Donald wants nothing to do with the future, because he knows what is waiting for him if he doesn’t save his skin by winning the election. All Trump says are negative things. He wants to be a dictator on day one. He’s waiting to prosecute his rivals, as he will do exactly that because lawmakers from the states are doing their best to shed the light on Trump and show how he deserves to be incarcerated. Furthermore, he has a felony conviction hearing scheduled just two days before Thanksgiving, so he should have a lot to be thankful for. He has been convicted of fraud, and ordered to pay an exorbitant amount of money to the State of New York. His only reason to run presently is to stay out of jail.

He doesn’t care who he hurts, especially his Republican Party, that is no longer the Republican Party. It is now widely considered just the Trump party. Unfortunately, this country needs a 2 party system where honest checks and balances can take place for both sides of the political spectrum, but that’s not possible today. The Trump party is not a credible party that can tell the truth. They support the lies of Donald Trump, who has stated as much or more than 3,500 lies since he entered the Republican Party to run for office, as a candidate and as our 45th president. He wreaks of lies, every day. Not a day goes by that he doesn’t lie about something. Consequently, the Republican Party candidate running against Kamala Harris, is not a viable candidate for the Republicans, or to represent as a candidate for ANY election to office. He is an insurrectionist, a rapist, convicted fraudster on several counts and most of all, an election denier.  He is the ONLY president in U.S. history that has never admitted defeat, and has really fought to stay in office against the will of the people.  By doing this, he went against our democracy of free and fair elections. He lies to his own party, as his supporters blindly support him by purchasing Trump gold bullion, sneakers, bibles, patches of his suit, Trump steaks, bitcoin, watches that are not even guaranteed to be real, and so much more garbage that his supporters purchase from him. They support him blindly. Elon Musk is now is main supporter. Even with the support he receives, it is in no comparison to what Kamala Harris receives in her campaign as she runs against him. Not only that, Trump is scamming his supporters publicly by doing this, taking their money to support his unending court battles that surely will catch up to him when he loses the election.

The Republican Party will then try to rebuild without him. But the MAGA infestation within the party will make it a very slow comeback from the dead. Regarding MAGA, with Trump claims that it stands for “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” but now stands for “MAKE ATTORNEYS GET ATTORNEYS”.  Just about every attorney Trump has ever had since he has been president has turned on him.  They have been ordered to tell Trump secrets by judges that have taken away Trump’s privilege of Attorney/Client. They are loosing their license to practice law. Besides, if Trump every had any insight as to what the country really is, the slogan should be, “AMERICA IS ALREADY GREAT”. There is nothing Trump can do to improve his image or to make America better.

To be transparent, I am a Democrat, I support Kamala Harris, as do several ‘Republicans for Harris’ Republicans because Donald J. Trump is not a good representation of whom I want as my president. Trump stated that the Constitution should be overturned, and if you read ‘Project 2025’, you will understand that he supports this statement. His own selected running mate, J.D. Vance for Vice President, fully support Project 2025, as he wrote the preface in a  ‘Freedom Foundation’ document and supports Project 2025, even though he denys it. Trump claims he knows nothing about 2025, and he’s never heard of it, but in reality, over a dozen people who have served him in the past in his administration and support folks are now part of the Freedom Foundation and directly responsible for the inherent facts within the Project 2025 document. This is another reason why Donald Trump will not win the election.

The bottom line here, Kamala Harris will defeat Trump in the election. But there is one question that none can answer regarding the Senate. Will the Democrats keep the Senate? It is already a given that the Democrats will win back the House of Representatives. But the House will not be able to pass laws with the Senate blocking them in every way if Republicans seize control. Kamala’s vision is dead on arrival if the Senate goes to the Republicans. That is a fact that is known.

Furthermore, if a Republican Senate is sworn in on January 3rd, regardless if the House returns to Democratic control on January 3rd, I can foresee a situation that the election will not be certified on January 6th, which the Constitution says that MUST happen.

So, with a divided government once again, what will happen if the Senate does not certify the election on January 6th? What can happen and what most likely WILL happen is the following…

If and when the election is not certified on January 6th by the Senate, the decision goes to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will then turn over the decision to the 50 States that will have one vote each. At first, you would think that with a Republican controlled Supreme Court, and the fact that they will not decide the election, that the decision should go to the states.  That’s the inherent problem here. The PEOPLE of each state already voted, both Democratic and Republican voters. But if the final decision goes to the states, each will ONLY HAVE ONE VOTE PER STATE. Regardless of how the people voted in each state during the regular election, each state WILL cast a single ballot for the candidate that they want to represent. The American voters vote is now null and void. This means, since there are more ‘Red’ States than ‘Blue’ States, Donald Trump becomes president. Our Democracy will cease to exist at that moment because the will of the people will be denied. That is a frightening scenario, but it is an honest and very possible outcome of the 2024 election. Most may not know, but Donald Trump tried to do the same thing with the 2020 election, trying to get Mike Pence to not chair the certification of the vote. The same scenerio with the states would have happened back then in 2020.

With the immunity decision given by the U.S. Supreme Court several months ago, now Trump will have the option to jail his opponents as long as it is an ‘official action’ of the immunity power that the court gave him, and he will get away with it. Now he can truly act as a dictator, and noone could do anything about it, and he could not be held accountable. There can not be any challenges to his decision as he has been granted the FINAL SAY regarding decisions made from his office as President in the official capacity of his office. With that decision, this election may be the last free election in America. Trump already has said publicly that there should be no more elections, not to mention that he claims, if elected, he will be a “dictator on day one”. We will have put a dictator in office. What has just been said here is bleek but it is an honest depiction of what may happen if the election is not certified by January 6th.

Also, it is sad that so many people support such a terrible person as Trump to run as their president. Personal friends of mine, most who are Republicans, are going to vote for him. The reason for them voting for him is the same, as they have their own personal reasons and are not willing to elaborate why. They have blinders on. They only believe what they want to believe. Only what Fox News and NewsMax tells them. Will they elaborate their reasoning? Of course not. Why do I have so many Republican friends is a question that readers of this website may ask. First and foremost, I live in Texas, a state with a Republican majority, but I love living here. Texas meanwhile is moving towards Democratic supremacy, but isn’t there yet. I value my friends regardless if they are Republican or Independent or Democrat. With my friends, for the most part I try to keep politics out of our conversations, but sometimes I slip up because I get so frustrated with the Republican party, the MAGA party Donald Trump and my friends that have no clue on what harm they are in at the moment with Trump in this election.

But what else can I do, or what else can you do to help our Democratic cause. Yes, there is something else we can do and I will do. I will phone bank for the Harris campaign. Others should too. Kamala Harris will win this election. I am sure of it, as certain as I am writing this article. Women have been disenfranchised with their loss of reproductive freedom by the Supreme Court killing ‘Roe vs. Wade’ protecting abortion freedom, that they cherished for 50 years, but thanks to Donald Trump who has his thumb on the Supreme Court, this high court went against precident and overturned a law protecting women. Without the women vote, Trump hasn’t a chance in hell to win the election.  Everyone says the election will be close, but I feel just the opposite. Kamala will run away with this election. She will win the ‘Big Blue Wall’ of Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania and then some. She may even win Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and other states, including Arizona. Texas went Blue in the past and it’s not far away from it again. Senator Ted Cruz will be booted out of office this year. Pre-election day voting has already been taken and analyzed fromthe state of Pennsylvania shows unbelievable support for Kamala Harris. I wouldn’t be surprised if she won red-bleeding Ohio, but even I think that this scenario is a far cry in expectations. But who knows, a blowout election can have results like that. Ohio is one of the states where abortion is on the ballot. If women turn out to vote in Ohio to support abortion rights and are tired of Trump’s policies of the past and want a new vision towards the future, they will vote with their hearts, with Kamila Harris.

Immigration is another issue. You would think that with Biden’s record on immigration, that this topic would work against Kamala Harris, but thanks to fumbling Trump who held back a bill in Congress the bill did not pass. He would not support the bill just because it would pass under a Democratic president, and failed because he willed it. He didn’t want Democrats to take credit for it. Trump wanted to run on it.  Again, he needed something to run on, and that has completely backfired on him, as Kamala Harris lets the whole world know about his action here, as he also only thinks about himself. He doesn’t think about the border agents that are overwhelmed with work or the people entering the country illegally. He doesn’t think about the Fentanyl that is entering the country because the bill was not passed. Furthermore, he doesn’t care if this drug kills U.S. citizens. This problem is now on him. HE OWNS IT.

The choice in the upcoming election is clear. A path to the future or a path back to the past. The result is already evident and can easily be predicted by people who stand for freedom. The question is whether our democracy will be left standing IF the desired person of the voters does not become president.
