In the heat of the presidential season to pick our next president, the people have a choice and frankly, for their own good, to pick someone who BEST represents them as their leader in the world. Forget about Trump’s age and that he would now be the oldest person ever elected as President of the United States if elected.
So, whom did the Republicans choose?
They chose Donald J. Trump, an ex-President who had to step down after an election loss in disgrace.
The Republicans picked the guy whose charity was shut down as a fraud.
The Republicans picked the guy whose fake university was shut down as a fraud.
The Republicans picked the guy whose business was convicted on multiple felony fraud counts.
The Republicans picked the guy whose CFO is quite literally in jail as of this writing.
The Republicans picked the guy whose personal attorney had to go to jail because he tried to protect this guy.
The Republicans picked the guy who will forever be known as the MAGA candidate, the Make Attorney’s Get Attorney’s candidate.
The Republicans picked the guy who was charged under the Espionage Act for what he did with classified documents, who praises a corrupt judge who dismissed his case.
The Republicans picked the guy who reportedly gave away nuclear secrets.
The Republicans picked the guy who was found liable in a court of law for sexual assault.
The Republicans picked the guy who has been charged with more than a dozen felonies under a Rico indictment in Georgia.
The Republicans picked the guy who has been charged and convicted, making him a felon as he is the proud holder of 30 plus felonies for which he is now awaiting a possible prison sentence of up to 4 years.
The Republicans picked the guy who plans to release all the people charged of attacking the capital who are now in jail, who claims that will be one of his first moves as president in his second term.
The Republicans picked the guy who is responsible for the elimination of “Roe vs. Wade”, taking away the woman’s right to do what she wants to with her own body, who had the right to do just that for decades, and he is proud that he took that woman’s right away.
The Republicans picked the guy who filled the court with 3 new Supreme Court justices just to do his bidding, and they are doing just that as he now claims Presidential Immunity for the crimes he has committed while in office that no other President in history was allowed to commit without prosecution, making him now above the law. The Republican justices he picked that put him above the law, swayed the High Court in a 6-3 ruling, six Republicans over three Democrats.
On the lighter side, the Republicans picked a candidate in Trump that appears to be afraid of his Democratic challenger. To confirm Donald Trump’s choices, he chose J.D. Vance, a lightweight to be his Vice-President. Trump only wishes he could face off against Biden, but instead, he’s now having to run against Kamala Harris, a prosecutor who has previously convicted people of Donald Trump’s type.
Retribution may eventually go full circle here. Donald Trump really is desperate to win this election, mainly to save his own hide from going to jail. If he loses, now the new sitting President, Kamala Harris can now throw him in jail, just because she can. She can make it a presidential act, and not ever get tried in a courtroom of law or prosecuted for it, because thanks to the likings of Donald Trump, she will be able to because she would be above all the laws that normal citizens of this country have. She can force his sentence that would be for 4 years if he was sentenced by Judge Merchan in his sentencing hearing in a few months. Her first term in office would be for 4 years, and she could put him in jail for each and every day she serves as president.
Obviously, she would never do that. She could, but she wouldn’t. She is a decent person. But Donald Trump, given the chance, would put his political enemies in jail. She would do everything in her power to sway the Congress to change that decision made by the High Courts to change the immunity laws of a president, because the High Court’s recent decision goes against the Constitution.
During President Biden’s tenure in office, the Republicans have tried to remove Biden, charging him to be the worst president of all time. Are the Republicans NUTS? Has President Joe Biden EVER been charged with any of the crimes that President Trump has been accused of? The answer is NO. The Republicans need to wake up. They are about to face an election in just 100 days from now where Trump loses his presidential bid for the third time. The Republicans will lose the House of Representatives and lose seats in the Senate. The Republicans stand a chance to get 80 or more Democratic Senators seated in the Senate, because they are so ignorant to back such a corrupt President as their candidate of choice in this election. The upcoming election may give the Democrats the opportunity to remove the filibuster and vote freely on real Democratic principles that this country so sorely needs, without the help of the real honest Republicans if they even exist any longer. All that’s left is MAGA.
The wake-up call is coming. The Republicans should be ready. Trump will get what he deserves, and so will the Republicans.
