Georgia Supreme Court Ruling Before Election

OCTOBER 6, 2024

Trump is really SCREWED in the state of Georgia. The Georgia Supreme Court is resuming a strict abortion ban on the women of Georgia after a temporary stay. Women will retaliate, and rightly so, by not voting for Trump in the upcoming presidential election. When will the idiots wake up? Instead of allowing the women of this country to exercise the right that they have had for the last 50 years, the courts, namely men, have decided that women can no longer be afforded that right. The Georgia court says in a SHOCK RULING TODAY that a woman must be forced to carry a fetus to term. So presently, there are NO abortion services in Georgia. Women have now become second-class citizens.

The state has again put into place a 6-week abortion ban that the lower court with Judge McBernie who did find that there was a right for a woman to choose, a right to have reproductive rights and to have up to 22 weeks to make that decision, under present Georgia law. But now, the Georgia Supreme Court now says ‘NO’. Now the period has been reduced, thanks to Donald J. Trump, the self-proclaimed protector of women, to just 6 weeks.

Congratulations, Donald J. Trump. You just LOST GEORGIA!

A woman should have the right to privacy and liberty for her to control her own body autonomy. I am against abortions, but more and more I come to believe that a woman should have the right to exercise her desire to have or not to have children, and not carry the fetus to term, something that she decided that she does not want to keep, especially in the case of rape or incest. Some states even say that if you have been raped by your father, or your brother, or your uncle or any other man and get pregnant, then the woman must still bear the child, a rapists’ child. Really? How barbaric is that?

-NO Exceptions for Rape or Incest-

Arizona – No exceptions for rape or incest. Abortion is currently legal up to 15 weeks, but litigation is ongoing that could make it illegal in the future.

Kentucky – No exceptions for rape or incest. Abortion is banned at all stages of pregnancy

Louisiana – No exception for rape or incest. Abortion is banned at all stages of pregnancy

~Limited Exceptions for Rape and Incest~

*Please note that pregnancy is dated from the first day of your last menstrual period (the day you start bleeding). This means that if you are able to find out you are pregnant the day of your missed period, you are already considered 4 weeks pregnant. Most women do not know they are pregnant this early. In addition, many states require that documentation (police report, etc.) be provided by a survivor before they are allowed to access abortion. This is why a 6-week abortion ban is effectively a total ban.

Florida – Exceptions for rape and incest up to 15 weeks, but only if the survivor provides documentation, such as a police report. Otherwise, abortion is banned at 6 weeks.

Idaho – Exceptions for rape and incest in the first trimester, but only if reported to law enforcement. Otherwise, abortion is banned at all stages of pregnancy.

Indiana – Exceptions for rape and incest up to 10 weeks. Otherwise, abortion is banned at all stages of pregnancy

Nebraska – Exceptions for rape and incest. Otherwise, abortion is banned at 12 weeks.

North Dakota – Exceptions for rape and incest up to 6 weeks. Otherwise, abortion is banned at all stages of pregnancy.

North Carolina – Exceptions for rape and incest up to 20 weeks. Otherwise, abortion is banned at 12 weeks.

South Carolina – Exceptions for rape or incest in the first trimester of pregnancy, but only if reported to law enforcement. Otherwise, abortion is banned when a “fetal heartbeat” can be detected, about 6 weeks.

Mississippi – Exceptions for rape and incest, but only if reported to law enforcement. Otherwise, abortion is banned at all stages of pregnancy.

West Virginia – Exceptions for rape and incest up to 8 weeks for adults, and up to 14 weeks for people under 18 years old, but only if reported to law enforcement, and, for minors, only 48 hours after their parent or guardian has been notified. Otherwise, abortion is banned at all stages of pregnancy.

J.D. Vance calls women without children “CHILDLESS CAT LADIES”.  Check out what the popular performer named Taylor Swift thinks about that. It is the right of a woman to have children or not to have children.

Again, as a devout Catholic, my faith professes that there should not be abortions, and I truly believe that. If the courts had left the Constitutional laws alone, then I could live with at least a partial ban on abortion when a woman is well on her way during her pregnancy. But now, a woman cannot go past 6 weeks in the state of Georgia. Many or should I say most women may not even know that they are pregnant in six weeks. Maybe they should have known, as most likely they had missed their ‘period’ for the month. But missing a period is a normal thing nowadays and can be overlooked, especially if a woman normally has abnormal period cycles.

I’m no doctor, but I am a husband, and I have two children of my own. I can tell you first hand that in both cases of my wife’s pregnancy, she didn’t realize that she was pregnant in 6 weeks. When she went to the doctor to confirm the pregnancy, there still wasn’t even a baby’s heartbeat detected.  Fortunately, in her case, both of us wanted children, and welcomed the pregnancy when we became aware that she was pregnant. Both of our children were carried to term, and there were no complications in either pregnancy, and we both thanked God for our two healthy children.

But I can’t help and wonder how we would feel if either pregnancy went poorly and my wife had to abort, say after 7 weeks of pregnancy with the current barbaric laws posed on women today, and that her life may be in danger. What about if we knew that if she carried the baby to term, that she would not have a healthy baby at birth? I would believe that my faith would support the decision to make the healthy choice. The women of today have fewer rights over their bodily autonomy than my wife did back in the day. Regardless of my beliefs on abortion, I would definitely do what was in the best interest of my wife, regardless of my religion. I would want her to do what she felt was right for her. She didn’t own my beliefs or even profess in the same faith. But when it came to our children, we were in total agreement about everything prior to their birth.  But I’ll never forget the conversation we had when I was told she was pregnant. In both cases, the pregnancy was going very well. We felt blessed that we were about to bring our children into this world, and as far as we had known at that time, very healthy children.  I couldn’t imagine putting my wife in this situation if the pregnancy wasn’t viable, and she couldn’t abort freely at her will.

Getting back to Trump, he claimed that everybody wanted the abortion ban implemented. What an outright LIE. And how would he know. Is he God? Can he read every person’s minds?  Actually, nobody wants to lose a right that they had for the last 50 years taken from them. Trump is messing with women, and he will have to pay for it.  There were Constitutional protections with Roe vs. Wade over a woman’s bodily autonomy, and thanks to Trump, that protection has been removed. Trump made a statement at one of his rally’s that he is the ultimate protector of women. Really?/,./?/ Thanks to him, more women will die because they will not be given access to abortion that they need to even keep them alive in some cases. Women have already unnecessarily DIED because of Donald J. Trump and his abortion ban.

There is less than a month to go. Trump will be defeated, and I believe he will be defeated soundly. Women will be heard. Trump hasn’t a clue of what it takes to win the election.

To win, you shouldn’t piss off women.

To win, you shouldn’t rape women.

To win, you shouldn’t break the law.

To win, you shouldn’t commit fraud.

To win, you shouldn’t pass laws that hurt Americans. That’s exactly what he did when he was president in 2016. Trump did every one of these things…

Trump has done all of it.  Trump went out of his way to hurt Americans in the first 100 days of being in office in 2016. It is unimaginable to me that Republicans want this sicko to be their man and have to deal with him for another 4 years. Here’s the thing. If he gets into office this time, with his unlimited powers he will have thanks to the Supreme Court, he will never leave. In every sense, the Republicans are sporting a dictator for president.

Check this out… See how Trump DID hurt Americans during his first 100 days in office the last time.

Need I say more?

One thing is for sure… TRUMP HAS LOST THE ELECTION TO A WOMAN, KAMILA HARRIS!
